1. Introduction
imgHoster.co ("we", "us", or "our") is a free image hosting service operated by Jacob Johansson, based in Andalucía, Spain. The service is open to the public and allows users to upload and share images, either anonymously or through a registered account.
2. Acceptable Use
By using imgHoster.co, you agree not to upload, distribute, or link to any content that:
Is illegal under Spanish, U.S., or international law
Violates copyright or intellectual property rights
Contains graphic violence, hate speech, or abusive material
Involves child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — this will be reported
Is intended to harass, threaten, or defame individuals or groups
NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content is permitted, provided it is legal and properly labeled or described. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
3. Upload and Storage Policy
Anonymous uploads may be deleted automatically after 30 days.
Registered users have no automatic deletion period for uploads.
All uploads are subject to file size limits and storage constraints, which may change over time.
There is no guarantee of permanent file hosting. We may remove content at any time without notice.
4. User Accounts
Creating an account is optional and free.
Registration requires a valid email address.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information.
Currently, users cannot delete their accounts directly. If you wish to delete your account, please contact us at info@imghoster.co.
5. Content Ownership and Responsibility
You retain the rights to the images you upload. However:
You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display the content as intended.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and any consequences resulting from it.
We do not actively moderate all content but may review or remove material that violates these terms.
6. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)
If you believe that content hosted on imgHoster.co infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request by emailing info@imghoster.co. Please include:
Your name and contact information
A description of the copyrighted work
The exact URL(s) of the infringing material
A statement that you believe, in good faith, that use of the content is unauthorized
A declaration that your notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury
We will act on valid requests promptly.
7. Limitation of Liability
imgHoster.co is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
We are not liable for any damages resulting from:
Loss or corruption of uploaded files
Account misuse or unauthorized access
Service outages or technical issues
Use of the site is at your own risk.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jacob Johansson (imgHoster.co) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your use of the service
Your uploaded content
Your violation of these Terms
